Customer Success Coordinator – US Operations

About the role

ABS International is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to manage US logistics coordination and customer operations from its Karachi office. You will act as the real‑time liaison between US customers, carriers, and internal logistics teams, using advanced CRM and tracking tools.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and cold calls with US customers and drivers.
• Coordinate shipments, carrier assignments, and issue resolution in real time.
• Utilise CRM and tracking systems to monitor order status and provide updates.
• Problem‑solve operational challenges without scripted conversations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication across all parties.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Professional communication skills with US‑based customers and drivers.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in international support preferred; freshers with exceptional English fluency are also encouraged.
• Analytical thinking and confidence in a fast‑paced environment.
