Customer Success Intern – Collect & Analyze Feedback

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Intern to join our team in Karachi. You will play a key part in gathering and analysing customer feedback, helping us enhance our laundry services and ensure a positive experience for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Collect feedback through surveys, phone calls and digital channels.
• Monitor feedback platforms to spot trends and insights.
• Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction and key findings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement service improvements based on feedback.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in refining feedback collection systems and survey processes.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of customer support and handling.
• Professional approach to calls, messages and queries.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
• Fresh graduates or university students, preferably residing near Gulistan‑e‑Johar.
