Customer Success Manager

About the role

You will own day‑to‑day communication and delivery tracking for a portfolio of US‑based clients at a certified digital marketing agency. The role requires proactive client updates, clear reporting, and quick issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Proactive weekly communication with each client, ensuring updates arrive before they are requested.
• Present monthly marketing reports on video calls, explaining performance metrics in plain English.
• Perform self‑QA on all deliverables to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate deliverables across internal teams, track commitments, and manage onboarding support.
• Identify upsell opportunities, flag at‑risk accounts, and document client interactions in the CRM.

Required profile

• 3+ years of Customer Success experience, including at least 2 years with US‑based clients.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear American accent.
• Availability during US Eastern business hours and responsiveness to urgent issues outside those hours.

Required skills

• Understanding of paid ads, SEO, and website performance.
• Familiarity with KPIs, campaign reporting, and CRM management.
• Data presentation skills for video calls.
