Customer Success Specialist

About the role

Savvital is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to act as an operational and implementation consultant for its clients. You will serve as a trusted business advisor, helping clients delegate tasks, build processes, and maximize the utilization of Virtual Professionals (VPs) to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead weekly client sessions focused on capacity, time tracking, delegable tasks, and workflow bottlenecks.
• Design and maintain 30/60/90‑day delegation roadmaps that transition repetitive responsibilities from owners to VPs.
• Identify new areas where VPs can add value, such as insurance operations, CRM/accounting support, marketing, client communications, SOP creation, and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Partner with clients to document Standard Operating Procedures, map end‑to‑end workflows, and eliminate redundant manual steps.
• Recommend modern software, AI tools, and automation opportunities to streamline daily operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, challenging inefficient habits and providing actionable operational insights.
• Coordinate with Savvital’s internal teams (Performance Managers, Operations, L&D, Recruitment, Leadership) to deliver proactive, solution‑oriented service.

• Proactive approach to uncovering operational gaps and proposing scalable solutions.
• Experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams to deliver client outcomes.
