Customer Success Specialist (Night Shift)

About the role

Quality Resource Private Limited is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to work night shifts in its Lahore office. The role focuses on prospecting, outbound calling, customer retention, activation and upselling to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage client portfolios while driving business growth through upselling and cold calling.
• Analyze customer data to improve experience, hold product demos, and enhance onboarding processes.
• Mediate between clients and the organization, resolve requests and complaints, and minimize churn.
• Contribute to product design and development by providing customer insights.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years proven experience in customer success and sales (cold calling).
• Excellent English communication, highly organized, self‑driven and proactive.
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities and ability to multitask.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• High computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
• Experience in document creation and knowledge of data‑protection technologies.
