Customer Support Agent

About the role

As a Customer Support Agent you will be the first point of contact for property owners, legal professionals and real‑estate agents who rely on our platform for accurate property information. You will handle enquiries via email, phone and live chat, resolve order issues, explain our products and coordinate with technical and operations teams when complex situations arise.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through email, phone and live chat.
• Manage order processing and address any related issues.
• Escalate and resolve complex problems in collaboration with technical and operations teams.
• Provide clear explanations of products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong written English skills.
• Calm under pressure and highly organised.
• Creative, autonomous and detail‑oriented.
• Passion for software products.

Required skills

• Familiarity with WooCommerce.
• Experience using Zoho Desk.
