Customer Support Executive

About the role

Truckoom Technologies is expanding its customer support team in Islamabad and seeks a motivated Customer Support Executive. Reporting to the Senior CSR/Team Lead, you will handle day‑to‑day client queries, manage escalations, and contribute to process improvements within a fast‑growing logistics SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Record and update all interactions accurately in ERP and CRM systems.
• Provide routine service assistance and basic troubleshooting for clients.
• Support client onboarding activities and follow‑up communications.
• Prepare daily and weekly customer service activity logs.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams on routine operational tasks.
• Assist in scheduling client meetings and follow‑ups.
• Help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, or support roles.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Basic problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools.
• Basic familiarity with ERP systems.
