Customer Support Executive

About the role

Join Zing Pakistan, a fast‑growing fashion and lifestyle brand under MAR Group of Companies, as a Customer Support Executive. You will be the primary point of contact for shoppers, handling inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a smooth, positive buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• Handle complaints professionally, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and operations teams regarding orders, deliveries and product availability.
• Process requests for returns, exchanges, refunds and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records, order details and interaction logs.
• Monitor social media channels and reply to comments and messages.
• Identify recurring issues and feed insights back to improve service quality.
• Prepare basic support reports and track customer feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, call centre, e‑commerce or retail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM or customer‑support tools.
• Basic computer skills.
