About the role
Join an in‑house US operation as a Customer Support Executive, handling inbound and outbound queries for US customers on a night shift. The position offers a stable career with guaranteed monthly payouts.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries using premium CRMs.
- Provide professional solutions aiming for first‑contact resolution.
Required profile
- Fluent English with a neutral or American accent (non‑negotiable).
- At least 6 months experience in an international BPO or CSR environment.
- Willingness to work the night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).

What we offer
