Customer Support Executive – Real Estate

About the role

Al Ghafoor Group is seeking a motivated Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information on real‑estate projects and convert leads into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing customers.
• Contact and follow up with leads regarding real‑estate projects.
• Provide accurate information about projects, payment plans and offers.
• Generate, qualify and maintain leads through regular calls and follow‑ups.
• Maintain proper records of calls, customer interactions and lead status.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
• Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant call‑center or sales experience.
• Real‑estate experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Target‑oriented, energetic and self‑motivated.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
