Customer Support Representative – E‑Commerce

About the role

Apricart E‑Store is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join its Karachi team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and order follow‑ups to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
• Provide information on orders, products, deliveries, returns and replacements.
• Resolve complaints professionally and within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales and delivery teams to address issues.
• Track and follow up on pending orders and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and escalations.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, call centre or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑handling abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and commute to Plot No. A‑504, Sector 6A, Mehran Town, Korangi, Karachi.
