Customer Support Representative – Fresh Graduates

About the role

Eila Solutions is seeking energetic fresh graduates to join its Customer Success Department in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. The full‑time position works night shifts and offers a chance to develop foundational skills in customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide timely resolutions.
• Support onboarding of new customers and coordinate service activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records in company systems.
• Collaborate with technical support, sales and other internal teams to resolve issues.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and nurture ongoing relationships.
• Identify satisfaction trends and contribute to retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer‑focused attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications or related field.
• Willingness to learn through hands‑on training and continuous development.
• Ability to adapt to night‑shift schedule while maintaining a positive professional demeanor.
