About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless, positive experience across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Maintain detailed, organized records of all customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to confirm complete resolution of their concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall service quality.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile
