Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for two distinct audiences – families reaching out to the MyNobleCare Foundation and members using Noble Co Space. You will handle inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media, ensuring every interaction is professional, empathetic, and resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media for both MyNobleCare Foundation and Noble Co Space.
• Provide patient, caring assistance to families asking about elderly‑care services.
• Manage bookings, memberships, facility access, and day‑to‑day issues for Noble Co Space members.
• Log, track, and follow up on all inquiries and complaints until resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain and update FAQs and standard response templates.
• Collaborate with marketing to highlight recurring questions for content creation.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, front‑desk, or client‑facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Patient, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive, elderly‑care conversations.
• Highly organized, reliable, and proactive in closing queries.
• Comfortable switching between two distinct customer tones within the same day.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or willingness to learn.
