About the role

Join Get Licensed’s fast‑growing customer support team as a Customer Support Representative. You will assist learners who have booked courses, handling inquiries via phone, email and live chat to ensure a smooth licensing and training experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email and live chat.
• Assist learners with course bookings, payments and general queries.
• Provide accurate information about licensing and training processes.
• Manage complaints and collaborate on complex issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Record detailed interactions in the CRM system.
• Work with internal teams to improve workflows and overall learner experience.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Polite, enthusiastic telephone manner.
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills with high empathy.
• Flexibility to adapt to change and handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive ownership of issue resolution.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective time‑management and organisational abilities.
