Customer Support Representative – Onsite in Faisalabad

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our on‑site team in Faisalabad. The role involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and live chat.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Process orders, track shipments, and deliver accurate product information.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and accounts when needed.
• Ensure timely responses while adhering to company service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer information.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer support or a call‑center environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Professional attitude with a customer‑first mindset.
• Based in Faisalabad.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
