Customer Support Representative – Onsite in Islamabad

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Representative to join our team in Islamabad. You will be the first point of contact for our users, handling inquiries through email, chat and ticketing systems while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer queries via email, live chat and ticketing platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve product or service issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up to confirm issue resolution.
• Document recurring problems and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and overall customer experience.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a professional and empathetic approach.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk or Intercom ticketing systems.
• Basic understanding of SaaS products and web applications.
