Customer Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Customer Support Representative to join a fast‑growing U.S. benefits technology company. You will be the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, ensuring every request is logged, tracked, and resolved while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for inbound customer emails.
• Create, assign, and manage support tickets in Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate ticket ownership with implementation, operations, and technical teams.
• Track requests from initiation through resolution and provide timely follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and activity logs in Salesforce.
• Provide clear, proactive updates to customers throughout the support process.
• Escalate urgent issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Schedule customer meetings and assist with administrative coordination.
• Identify and propose improvements to support workflows and internal processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in Customer Success, Support, Help Desk, or related roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM (mandatory).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with a customer‑first attitude.
• Proven ability to manage email communications and support tickets.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
