Customer Support Representative – Shift Based

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Karachi and help shape the way we communicate with our users. The role involves providing front‑line support on a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer support using Zendesk or similar ticketing tools.
• Work on a rotating shift pattern, covering evenings and weekends as needed.
• Identify, document, and report recurring user issues and feedback to internal teams.
• Monitor technical support interactions in real time and share live user insights.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and improve help articles based on user data.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Comfortable with Zendesk or eager to learn the platform quickly.
• Strong communicator with a customer‑first mindset.
• Enjoys problem‑solving in a fast‑paced, live‑event environment.
• Team player who is motivated to learn and grow.
• Available for shift‑based work, including weekends.
