Customer Support Representative – US Campaign (On-site)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our US‑facing support team in Karachi. You will engage directly with US customers, providing calm and patient assistance during live conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound interactions with US‑based customers.
• Resolve issues, manage follow‑ups, and ensure each conversation ends positively.
• Maintain real, unscripted communication without robotic ticketing.
• Work the shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday to Saturday.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English suitable for US customers.
• Calm, patient, and people‑first attitude under pressure.
• Experience in customer support, call centre, or BPO is strongly preferred, but freshers with strong English are welcome.
• Ability to commute to Gulistan‑e‑Johar Block 14, Karachi (100% on‑site).
