Customer Support Representative – US Campaign (On-site)

About the role

ABS International is seeking a Customer Support Representative for its US campaign. You will work on‑site in Gulistan‑e‑Johar, handling live interactions with US‑based customers and ensuring each conversation ends positively.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to queries from US customers.
• Resolve issues, process follow‑ups and document interactions in a US CRM environment.
• Maintain high service standards and meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve processes.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Patient, composed and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Available to work Monday‑Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM.
• Can commute to Gulistan‑e‑Johar Block 14, Karachi.
• Experience in call‑center or BPO is preferred, but freshers with excellent English are welcome.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a US‑based CRM system.
