Customer Support Representative – US Campaign (On‑site)

About the role

ABS International is seeking a Customer Support Representative to handle US‑based customers from our Karachi office. You will engage in real conversations, resolve queries, and ensure a positive experience for each caller.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to US customer inquiries.
• Resolve issues, process follow‑ups, and document interactions accurately.
• Maintain high service standards and aim for first‑call resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Patient, composed, and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Available to work Monday‑Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM.
• Can commute to Gulistan‑e‑Johar, Block 14, Karachi.
• Fresh graduates with excellent English are welcome; prior call‑center experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM platform (US‑focused environment).
