Customer Support Representative – US Market (On‑site, Karachi)

About the role

ABS International is seeking a Customer Support Representative to serve US‑based customers from our Karachi office. You will engage in real‑time conversations, resolve queries, and ensure each interaction ends positively.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to US customer inquiries.
• Resolve issues, process follow‑ups, and document interactions in a live US CRM system.
• Maintain high service standards and contribute to performance targets.
• Collaborate with the support team to share best practices.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Patient, composed, and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Available Monday‑Saturday, 6 PM – 2 AM.
• Can commute to Gulistan‑e‑Johar Block 14, Karachi.
• Experience in call‑center or BPO environments is preferred, but freshers with excellent English are welcome.
