About the role
ABS International is expanding its customer operations team and is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to work the evening shift. You will handle post‑sale communication with US‑based clients, assist with onboarding queries, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct follow‑up communications with existing US clients.
- Address post‑sale customer queries efficiently.
- Complete service questionnaires and maintain clear interaction logs.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- High school diploma or currently enrolled university student.
- Solution‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to commit to a full‑time, long‑term on‑site role.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary PKR 40,000 – 45,000 per month.
- Attendance allowance PKR 3,000 per month.
- Performance incentive PKR 5,000 – 15,000 per month (post‑training).
- Provident Fund (PF) and 15 days paid annual leave.
- Fixed evening shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with no rotations.
