Customer Support Specialist

About the role

FlowFix is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to serve customers in Lahore and ensure a reliable, responsive service experience. You will be the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and representing the brand professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via approved support channels with clarity and patience.
• Identify needs, troubleshoot common problems, and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Document interactions, requests, complaints, and outcomes accurately in the support system.
• Escalate complex or urgent cases to the relevant team and follow up until closure.
• Stay updated on FlowFix services, policies, FAQs, and share feedback on recurring issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy and service standards.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
• Strong active listening, empathy, and a customer‑first attitude.
• Ability to handle complaints, difficult conversations, and multiple requests simultaneously.
• Good judgment for applying policies and recognizing escalation needs.
