About the role
A full-time, onsite Customer Support Specialist position in Karachi, working night shifts. The role provides support to international clients and works 6 days a week on any 9-hour shift between 6 PM and 6 AM.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to international clients by call, email and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality
Required profile
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support or a related role
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, patient and detail-oriented mindset
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and support platforms
