Customer Support Specialist & Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist / Virtual Assistant to be the frontline ambassador of our client’s experience. In this role you will handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email and live chat, while also performing typical virtual‑assistant duties such as appointment scheduling and CRM maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place customer calls professionally, responding to inquiries through live chat and email.
• Schedule appointments, organise calendars and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Perform data entry, manage databases and conduct internet research to support customer and administrative tasks.
• Document every interaction with detailed notes and prepare basic reports or spreadsheets on customer activity.
• Follow client‑specific Standard Operating Procedures and escalate complex issues to internal teams.
• Work independently across different shifts, ensuring punctuality, reliability and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability and effective time‑management.
• Willingness to learn new software and adapt to client workflows.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with prior customer support or virtual‑assistant experience are welcome.
