Cut-to-Pack Production Manager in Textile Manufacturing

About the role

Our client is seeking a Cut-to-Pack Production Manager to lead the complete garment and glove manufacturing process in Sialkot. The role oversees the flow from raw fabric cutting through final packing, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery for activewear, teamwear and specialised apparel.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control the entire production lifecycle on the shop floor, including fabric issuance, pattern cutting, sublimation printing, stitching, finishing and packing.
• Balance production lines, optimise workflows, maximise machine utilisation and boost operator productivity.
• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures and quality checkpoints to minimise alterations, rejections and re‑work.
• Collaborate with merchandising, planning and other shop‑floor departments to synchronise schedules and allocate resources.
• Supervise a workforce of around 150, handling manpower planning, shift scheduling and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum five years of experience in a cut-to-pack environment, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and industrial sewing processes.
