Cyber Security Business Unit Head

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our Cyber Security Business Unit. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on operational oversight, driving revenue growth, profitability and client satisfaction across the full cybersecurity portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end P&L for the Cyber Security Business Unit, managing budgets, forecasts, pricing and cost control.
• Define and execute a market‑driven cybersecurity strategy, generate new business, expand existing accounts and lead commercial negotiations.
• Oversee delivery of projects and services, ensuring scope, timeline, quality and budget are met while maintaining strong vendor and client relationships.
• Build, structure and lead multidisciplinary teams (SOC, project delivery, presales, advisory, operations), setting KPIs and development plans.
• Drive innovation by identifying market gaps and creating proprietary tools, accelerators and methodologies to build the company’s IP portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a cybersecurity practice or similar technology business with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of winning and expanding enterprise‑level contracts.
• Excellent leadership and people‑management skills, capable of building high‑performing teams.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, OEM/distributor ecosystems and client‑centric service delivery.
