Data Analyst – Quick Commerce & Partnerships

About the role

As a Data Analyst in the Quick Commerce & Partnerships Analytics team, you will help drive impactful decisions and incremental value across 16 markets. You will conduct deep‑dive analyses, maintain data consistency and provide strategic insights on dark‑store expansion, assortment changes, delivery fee adjustments and discounting.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize analytical methodologies—from data modeling to predictive and prescriptive analytics—to measure impact and recommend actions on quick commerce investments, customer conversion funnels and cost optimisation.
• Build and refine measurement frameworks and metric definitions; develop SQL models and transform large datasets using BigQuery, Excel and dbt.
• Create user‑friendly data assets such as Looker and Tableau dashboards and agentic solutions for root‑cause analysis of delivery delays or stockouts.
• Collaborate with quick commerce, operations and supply‑chain partners to understand objectives, propose analytics solutions and present insights to business leaders.
• Monitor data quality, participate in QA processes and ensure consistency across reporting metrics.
• Evaluate and implement AI‑powered analytics, including automated anomaly detection, LLM‑assisted insight generation and prompt‑engineered pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably supporting quick commerce, operations, supply‑chain or commercial teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to various business partners.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn and tackle new challenges.
• Solid background in statistical analysis and data modelling; interest in AI solutions is a plus.

Required skills

• SQL (2+ years, including BigQuery).
• Data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• dbt for data transformation (familiarity).
• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
