Data Analyst – Reporting and Automation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our client’s team on a night‑shift schedule. The role focuses on business reporting, portfolio analytics, data management, dashboard development and process automation, turning complex data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, transform, analyse and validate data from multiple internal and external sources to support business and portfolio reporting.
• Develop recurring and ad‑hoc analytical reports and interactive dashboards that highlight performance, customer behaviour and portfolio trends.
• Write complex, optimized SQL queries and work extensively with Snowflake to query large‑scale datasets, ensuring data quality and performance.
• Design, build and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards, creating clear visualisations and standardized reporting templates.
• Use advanced Excel and Power Query techniques for data reconciliation, modelling and automation of repetitive processes.
• Investigate data discrepancies, perform deep‑dive analyses and translate business requirements into measurable insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role, comfortable handling large datasets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, anomalies and business opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to convey findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours.
