Data Analytics Instructor

About the role

Edversity, part of the Rapidev Group, is seeking a Data Analytics Instructor to teach trainees how to clean, analyse and visualise data, turning insights into business decisions. You will lead daily classes and hands‑on labs, guiding beginners from spreadsheets to professional dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily lectures and labs following the approved curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, slides, datasets, assignments and quizzes.
• Build case studies from real business areas such as sales, HR, finance and e‑commerce.
• Guide trainees through mini‑projects and a final capstone.
• Track attendance, assess progress and submit reports.
• Run extra support sessions for trainees who fall behind.
• Assist trainees with portfolio development, CVs and job applications.

Required profile

• BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or reporting.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly in English and Urdu.
• Patience and genuine interest in teaching beginners.

Required skills

• Strong Excel, SQL and Power BI.
• Python (Pandas) for data work.
• Data cleaning, modelling and visualisation.
