Data & Analytics Manager

About the role

WPP Media is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to support the Associate Business Director – Digital & Data. The role involves measuring campaign performance, delivering insights, and helping innovate media solutions for Mindshare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support media teams in measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
• Develop and maintain measurement frameworks and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, and Tableau.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across disciplines and countries to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Audit external tools and contribute to the development of new analytics solutions.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in media or marketing data and analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R).
• Experience creating dashboards in Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau.
• Familiarity with statistical modelling techniques such as seasonality and multi‑touch attribution.
