Data and Systems Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Data and Systems Operations Lead to oversee our CRM, data reporting and financial grant processes. The role will ensure data integrity, optimise Salesforce workflows and support cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced nonprofit environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Salesforce, including workflow automation, reporting, troubleshooting and system integrations.
• Produce donor, project, campaign and operational reports, dashboards and analytics; respond to data requests while upholding governance.
• Manage quarterly grant disbursements, financial records, reconciliations and compliance reporting.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives, AI‑enabled workflow optimisation and data clean‑up; provide user training and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with Development, Finance, Operations and chapter teams to align systems with organisational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data operations, CRM management, systems administration or analytics‑focused roles.
• Experience in nonprofit or fundraising environments is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong Salesforce expertise (workflows, reporting, optimisation).
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for dashboarding, automation and analytics.
• Data management, reporting and governance capabilities.
