Data Labeler – Remote (AI Training)

About the role

LearnWith.AI is building AI‑powered learning experiences that help thousands of students daily. As a Data Labeler you will turn raw student session videos into high‑accuracy, rubric‑aligned annotations that directly improve the performance of our AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Watch recorded student sessions and identify, classify, and timestamp behavioral events according to a detailed rubric.
• Audit and correct LLM pre‑annotations, removing false positives and adding missed events.
• Document reasoning for ambiguous cases, citing rubric sections and assumptions.
• Record edge cases and clarification questions in an annotation tracker.
• Participate in calibration exercises, incorporate QA feedback, and apply rubric updates to maintain ≥95% labeling accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in data annotation, content moderation, QA evaluation, or similar rubric‑driven work.
• Strong English reading comprehension and ability to follow complex written instructions.
• Capacity to focus on video‑based tasks for 4–6 hours per day with high precision.
• Able to detect subtle visual and on‑screen cues consistently across sessions.
• Excellent written documentation skills for edge‑case explanations.
• Reliable internet connection capable of streaming video.
