Demand & Supply Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to lead demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization for our pharmaceutical and medical device portfolios. The role requires close collaboration with sales, finance, logistics and regulatory teams to ensure product availability across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SKU‑level demand forecasts using sales trends, consumption data, market demand, tenders and business plans.
• Prepare replenishment plans that consider stock levels, open orders, in‑transit inventory, lead times, MOQ, safety stock and reorder points.
• Monitor inventory to minimise stock‑outs, overstock, slow‑moving, non‑moving and near‑expiry products.
• Manage batch, shelf‑life, expiry and FEFO requirements for pharmaceutical and medical device products.
• Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, Regulatory and international principals to ensure product availability.
• Track purchase orders, PFIs, shipments, backorders and expected delivery dates.
• Support planning for new product launches, tenders, institutional business and portfolio changes.
• Prepare inventory and supply reports and provide data‑driven recommendations to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Inventory Management.
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Diagnostics or Healthcare Distribution preferred.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, safety stock, reorder points and supply planning.
