Department Manager – Administrative Logistics Centre

About the role

The Department Manager for the Administrative Logistics Centre will oversee store order processing, stock management, and logistical support across METRO's wholesale network in Pakistan. Reporting to the Line Manager, you will ensure efficient procurement, accurate reporting, and optimal stock availability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor store orders, OPL, HO, and manual orders while liaising with Offer Management and suppliers for stock and delivery follow‑ups.
• Maintain stock holding within budget, ensuring maximum service level and availability.
• Assist the Line Manager in controlling purchase orders, OPEX/CAPEX for non‑resale goods, and expediting procurement of store supplies.
• Prepare and reconcile reports on sales, bank remittances, fixed assets, change fund, petty cash, and store shrinkage.
• Support the preparation of signage requests for merchandise displays and audit related financial records.

Required profile

• Graduation degree.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work closely with multiple internal units.
• Experience in logistics, procurement, or administrative functions is advantageous.
