About the role
Implement organization security policies and procedures. Monitor internal control system to ensure that appropriate security clearance is maintained within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Implement organization security policies and procedures.
- Monitor internal control system to ensure appropriate security clearance.
- Develop and implement local security programs consistent with corporate standards and legal requirements.
- Manage continuous improvement of security measures against shoplifting, theft, burglary, robbery, fraud, and other criminal actions.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with local police and law enforcement agencies.
- Develop and accomplish annual security business plans.
- Lead deployment of processes and systems to mitigate security risk.
- Enforce compliance with corporate security rules, standards, guidelines, and governmental regulations.
- Handle enquiries and related problems.
- Monitor health and safety procedures within the store.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve specific issues.
