Deputy Manager – Continuous Professional Development for Principals

About the role

The Deputy Manager, Continuous Professional Development for Principals will lead the design and implementation of a professional learning programme for school leaders across TCF's network. The role involves creating self‑paced and facilitator‑led learning experiences, developing instructional resources and digital learning tools, and ensuring effective monitoring and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Research school leadership competency frameworks and conduct need analyses to identify knowledge, skill, and performance gaps.
• Analyse leadership development gaps and define learning priorities.
• Design, facilitate, and blend learning journeys and leadership trainings.
• Develop high‑quality training materials and resources for diverse audiences.
• Assess training participants, evaluate impact, and monitor programme outcomes.
• Create programme dashboards and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with relevant departments on design, execution, implementation, and evaluation of training programmes.
• Provide support on other relevant TCF projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Technology, or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional certification in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or Leadership Development is an advantage.
• 4‑5 years of relevant professional experience, with a preference for blended‑learning expertise.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Effective use of Internet tools for research and digital learning.
