Deputy Manager - Internal Audit

About the role

The Deputy Manager – Internal Audit will strengthen our internal audit function by developing policies, overseeing audits, and advising senior management on risk and compliance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement audit policies, procedures, and methodologies.
• Conduct pre‑audit reviews of daily transactions to ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Plan, supervise and execute independent audits across departments.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings, risks, recommendations and improvement opportunities.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to address control weaknesses.
• Provide advisory support on internal controls, risk management and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• ACCA or ICMA qualification.
• 5–6 years of experience in internal audit or audit management.
• Strong understanding of auditing principles, standards and practices.
• Knowledge of internal controls, risk management, regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality and objectivity.
