About the role
The Deputy Manager Process Support will facilitate end‑users in implementing AMI‑based functional and technical processes, providing L1 technical assistance and ensuring operational continuity across the utility’s core systems.
Key responsibilities
- Support SOP and process development for AMI projects by identifying inefficiencies and gaps.
- Participate in dry‑run and mock‑run activities to build technical capabilities and validate cut‑over strategies.
- Provide L1 technical support to end users for issues related to AMI core systems (HES, Communications, MDMS) and suggest corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (HES, Communications, MDMS) for issue resolution and impact analysis of new processes.
- Assist in creating training manuals and conduct refresher trainings for end users on finalized AMI process flows.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
Required skills
- L1 technical support for AMI core systems.
- Knowledge of HES (Head‑End System).
- Knowledge of Communications systems.
- Knowledge of MDMS (Meter Data Management System).
