Deputy Manager – School Relations

About the role

The Deputy Manager – School Relations will expand TCF Impact Interventions’ reach and revenue within an assigned territory by developing partnerships with low-fee private schools and driving adoption of teacher training programmes and educational resources.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned geographic territory, identifying and mapping low-fee private schools and related organisations.
• Conduct regular school visits, build relationships with owners, principals and decision‑makers, and expand the partnership pipeline.
• Promote and secure enrolments in TCF Dastak Teacher Training programmes and adoption of TCF School Publishing books.
• Achieve volume and value sales targets, maintain a healthy pipeline and convert leads into active partners.
• Serve as primary relationship manager, providing ongoing support and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Conduct orientation sessions, facilitate sample book distribution and monitor implementation feedback.
• Represent TCF at exhibitions, conferences and promotional events, generating leads and organising school visits.
• Support CRM data maintenance, inventory management and sales reporting in collaboration with internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, relationship management or educational marketing, preferably with schools, NGOs or publishers.
