Deputy Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Deputy Sales Manager to drive sales operations, expand market presence and achieve revenue targets within the building materials and construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Identify new business opportunities across assigned territories.
• Expand dealer, distributor, contractor, and project networks.
• Generate sustainable business growth through strategic partnerships.
• Increase market penetration and brand visibility.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team.
• Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and field visits.
• Train and coach team members to improve productivity.
• Build long‑term relationships with key clients.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction or manufacturing.
• Strong background in sales strategy development and dealer network expansion.
• Demonstrated team management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and CRM management skills.
• Experience in sales forecasting, market analysis and business development.
• Ability to maintain and grow customer relationships.
