About the role

A creative team is looking for a talented and innovative Designer to create compelling visual content that meets client needs and strengthens brand identity. The role involves working on brand identity, marketing materials and digital content, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing several projects at once.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative design solutions for brand identity, marketing materials and digital content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams so designs match client requirements and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines.
• Maintain brand consistency across projects and platforms.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and share creative ideas in brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional design experience.
• Proven portfolio showing a range of design skills and creativity.
• Ability to work on-site full time and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Visual design principles: typography, layout and colour theory.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Preferred: UX/UI design with Sketch, Figma or Adobe XD; motion graphics and video editing; HTML/CSS and web design.
