About the role
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join a leading global IT services and consulting firm on a contract basis. The position is fully remote and focuses on designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure to support fast‑moving development teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar tools.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with Terraform, Ansible or equivalent.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production and staging issues, and ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployments and integrations.
- Apply security best practices across infrastructure and deployment processes.
Required profile
- Strong experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Hands‑on knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana and the ELK Stack.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and version control with Git.
