DICT Procurement Manager

About the role

The DICT Procurement Manager will lead the end‑to‑end procurement process for the DICT business, ensuring that all purchasing activities align with company policies and business needs. This role supports the DICT team from the tendering and RFI stages through to purchase order issuance and equipment delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support DICT business during customer tendering and RFI stages.
• Manage the full procurement cycle from RFI to PO issuance.
• Follow up on bidding processes, contracts, and equipment delivery with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct new vendor research, support vendor registration, and maintain a pool of pre‑qualified suppliers.
• Ensure procurement policies stay aligned with evolving business requirements.
• Visit the market with the DICT team to explore new sourcing options.
• Coordinate internally with relevant stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Provide procurement support to both HQ and regional DICT teams.
• Handle high‑volume workloads, including large lead inflows.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 6 years of procurement experience, preferably in telecom or ICT environments.
