Digital Analyst

About the role

TCF is seeking a detail‑obsessed, insight‑driven Digital Analyst to become the analytical backbone of its global growth team. You will support paid acquisition, retail funnel, SEO/AEO, and website workstreams by turning raw data into clear, actionable intelligence for senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain TCF’s digital analytics infrastructure (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and ensure data accuracy.
• Build and update performance dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI for campaign reporting, funnel tracking, and executive visibility.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and campaign‑level reports for the Global Growth Manager and senior leadership.
• Map the full donor funnel, identify drop‑off points, and conduct deep‑dive analyses on conversion rates, CPA, and donor lifetime value.
• Partner with the Growth Manager to prioritize funnel optimization opportunities and run A/B test analyses.
• Manage the analytics layer within Salesforce CRM, tracking lead‑to‑donor journeys, email performance, and retention cohorts.
• Maintain clean data pipelines between digital platforms and Salesforce, and enforce UTM tagging standards.
• Provide data‑driven insights to all growth workstreams and support post‑mortem analyses.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
• Comfortable presenting findings to senior stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, data‑centric growth environments.
