Digital Communication Officer (Contractual)

About the role

The Digital Communication Officer will create, publish and optimise digital content across the organisation’s online channels. You will work closely with designers, developers and internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent brand voice and engaging user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear, engaging content for websites, blogs and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone and communication objectives.
• Produce platform‑appropriate social media posts, captions, reels, stories and campaign creatives, and manage day‑to‑day publishing according to editorial calendars.
• Coordinate website updates with developers and designers, oversee publishing processes and suggest improvements for navigation and performance.
• Conceptualise, write and design email newsletters, manage subscriber lists and analyse open‑ and click‑through rates.
• Contribute ideas for digital campaigns, collaborate with graphic designers and gather input from internal teams to ensure content accuracy.
• Monitor basic digital metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, clicks, traffic) and use insights to refine future content and campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing or a related field from an HEC‑recognised or international university (Master’s preferred).
• 3‑6 years of experience in digital content development, social media management, communications, public relations or marketing.
• Proven ability to write for websites, social media, articles, blogs and digital campaigns.
