Digital Marketing & Ads Strategist (Meta, Google, LinkedIn Ads)

About the role

A digital marketing platform that makes running ad campaigns simple for small businesses, startups and entrepreneurs is hiring a Digital Marketing & Ads Strategist. The role is remote, based in Karachi, and covers international clients in Europe and the U.S. It suits someone who understands ad algorithms and can build, optimise and guide campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, build and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Review international clients' campaigns and identify improvement opportunities
• Give strategic recommendations on ad strategy, targeting and performance
• Advise clients on achieving better results with marketing automation tools
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and ad strategy guidance

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in performance marketing or ads management
• Deep understanding of campaign optimisation, bidding and ad delivery algorithms
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• TikTok Ads or SaaS experience is a plus
