Digital Marketing Analyst (Paid Marketing)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Analyst will manage paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta and other social platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing PPC initiatives to drive conversions both online and offline.

Key responsibilities

• Create and plan PPC campaigns on Google, Microsoft, Meta and other social media platforms.
• Measure and track campaign performance with a focus on conversions.
• Write effective search ad copy and implement smart bidding strategies.
• Audit paid media accounts regularly and stay updated on platform changes and industry trends.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, content, creative, analytics, product and development teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (required); Master's preferred.
• 1‑2 years of experience as a PPC specialist, paid search analyst or similar digital marketing role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, able to present performance statistics to senior management.

Required skills

• Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads.
• Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics.
• Keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner and SEMRush.
• Experience with smart bidding strategies and campaign optimization.
